Local service interruption via unanchored USB requests

Resource leak in the Linux Kernel f81604 CAN USB driver from 6.5 allows local users to interrupt service during device teardown. The f81604_read_bulk_callback function resubmits a USB request before adding it to the driver's URB anchor, so usb_kill_anchored_urbs cannot cancel and release that request. Exploitation requires low-privilege local access and the affected driver path; the published assessment limits impact to availability.
