Arbitrary file upload in vsDesk 14.0101 allows remote authenticated administrators to execute code via the Import via CSV feature. The Import via CSV handler relies on client-side file checks and lacked server-side validation of uploaded content, allowing a non-CSV file to be accepted and placed into a path where the web application could execute it. Exploitation requires administrative access, and the published record bounds the consequence to code execution in the web application's execution context.
