Service interruption via unchecked short interrupt URB

Improper input validation in the f81604 CAN USB driver allows local users to interrupt Linux kernel service via a short interrupt URB. The f81604_read_int_callback function consumed the interrupt data structure without first verifying that urb->actual_length covered it. Reachability requires the f81604 driver and a USB device able to return malformed interrupt data; public sources do not identify whether interruption is a hang, crash, or reboot.
