Local service interruption via NFC socket leak

Memory leak in Linux Kernel 3.2 through 6.18.16 and 6.19 through 6.19.6 allows local users to exhaust memory via NFC device closure. The nci_close_device() path closes an NCI device without completing a pending data exchange, leaving the callback-held raw NFC socket reference unreleased. Repeated closes during pending exchanges can consume unreclaimable kernel memory and interrupt service under memory pressure; local access to the NFC NCI interface is required.
