System crash via unsupported firmware-log teardown

NULL pointer dereference in Linux Kernel 6.18 allows local users to crash the system by unloading the ixgbe driver in recovery mode. The libie_fwlog_deinit() teardown path unrolls firmware-log state without first confirming that firmware logging is supported and initialized. Exploitation requires local privileges sufficient to unload ixgbe, and the reported consequence is a kernel crash without confidentiality or integrity impact.
