Local packet-buffer leak via stale list node

Resource leak in Linux Kernel 6.13 through 6.18.16 and 6.19 through 6.19.6 allows local users to retain AF_XDP packet buffers. Fragment paths remove list_node with list_del(), leaving stale pointers that make xp_free() treat the buffer as already queued and skip returning it to the free list. Low-privileged local access to AF_XDP fragment handling is required; repeated triggers retain buffers that the pool cannot reuse.
