Local kernel data disclosure via short action frame

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux Kernel mt7996 Wi-Fi driver allows local users to disclose kernel data or interrupt service with a short action frame. mt7996_mac_write_txwi_80211() reads the action category and ADDBA request fields without first ensuring that the frame reaches IEEE80211_MIN_ACTION_SIZE plus one byte. Local users need access to transmit crafted 802.11 action frames through an mt7996 device; the read can expose kernel memory or disrupt the system.
