Local denial of service via unanchored URB

Resource leak in the Linux Kernel etas_es58x USB CAN driver allows local users to cause an availability-only service interrupt. The read bulk callback submits an URB before adding it to the driver's anchor, so usb_kill_anchored_urbs() can miss and leak it during cleanup. Reachability requires low-privileged local access, the affected driver path, and a cleanup race; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
