Kernel memory corruption via misassigned voltage sensors

Memory corruption in the Linux kernel 6.19 macsmc-hwmon driver allows local users to corrupt kernel memory during sensor registration. The voltage loop searches for the wrong key prefix and stores discovered voltage sensors in the temperature array; its float writer also mishandles large exponents and leaves mantissa bits unmasked. Reachability requires Linux on an Apple Silicon Mac; the array error needs both temperature and voltage sensors, while unsafe manual fan control is disabled by default.
