Request smuggling via quoted chunk-extension parsing

HTTP request smuggling in Eclipse Jetty allows remote attackers to inject requests via malformed HTTP/1.1 chunk extensions. The HTTP/1.1 parser treats CRLF inside an unclosed quoted chunk-extension value as the chunk-header terminator instead of rejecting it. An unauthenticated network attacker can exploit the parsing differential when Jetty is behind a frontend that interprets the malformed request differently, enabling cache poisoning, access-control bypass, or exposure of other users' responses.
