Local service interruption via i40e preemption-count leak

A preemption-count leak in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to interrupt service through i40e NAPI polling. The i40e_napi_poll tracepoint calls get_cpu() while assigning its CPU field but never pairs it with put_cpu(), leaving the softirq preemption count elevated after polling. Reachability requires the i40e driver and tracepoint path; the published assessment limits the impact to availability without reported data disclosure or modification.
