Local service interruption via i40e preemption-count leak

A preemption-count leak in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to interrupt service through i40e NAPI polling. The i40e_napi_poll tracepoint calls get_cpu() while assigning its CPU field but never pairs it with put_cpu(), leaving the softirq preemption count elevated after polling.
