Local system crash via missing IPv6 VRF fallback

NULL pointer dereference in Linux Kernel IPv6 routing allows local users to crash affected systems while a device leaves a VRF. ip6_rt_get_dev_rcu() accepts a NULL result from l3mdev_master_dev_rcu() while a slave device is being detached from a VRF because ip6_rt_pcpu_alloc() lost its loopback-device fallback. Local users with low privileges must trigger IPv6 route output during the VRF un-slaving race; the published impact is a kernel crash without data disclosure or modification.
