Memory corruption via premature command-header clearing
Published Mar 25, 2026 · Updated Mar 25, 2026
Out-of-bounds write in Linux Kernel 6.19.4 through 6.19.6 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through an AMD XDNA command slot. The AMD XDNA message code clears a full command header with memset before checking whether the slot has enough remaining space, so the write crosses the slot boundary. Reachability requires local low-privileged access to the AMD XDNA command path; published evidence establishes memory corruption, not code execution.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
