Kernel crash via repeated shared VCC cleanup

Null pointer dereference in the Linux Kernel ATM LANE module allows local users to crash the kernel by closing a shared VCC. lec_vcc_close() revisits shared VCCs, while lec_arp_clear_vccs() frees vcc->user_back on the first visit and dereferences its NULL vpriv on the next. Reachability requires local access and use of the ATM LANE path; successful triggering interrupts the host by crashing its kernel.
