Kernel crash via global mixed-ASPM state

Denial of service in the Linux kernel AMDGPU driver allows local users to crash systems with two AMD GPUs and mixed ASPM support. During amdgpu_pci_probe, a global amdgpu_aspm setting is disabled after pcie_aspm_enabled checks one GPU, incorrectly applying that per-device result to both adapters. Reachability requires two AMD GPUs where only one supports ASPM; the reported consequence is a kernel crash, with no confidentiality or integrity impact.
