Kernel waitqueue corruption via DVR reopen

Waitqueue corruption in Linux Kernel allows local users to orphan shared DVB DVR poll entries by reopening the device while polling is active. dvb_dvr_open() passes the shared dmxdev->dvr_buffer queue to dvb_ringbuffer_init(), whose init_waitqueue_head() call empties the list head without removing existing io_uring or epoll entries. Triggering requires access to the same DVB DVR device during an existing poll wait and leaves stale list pointers for subsequent kernel list operations.
