Workload hang via unlocked virtqueue notifications

Race condition in Linux Kernel virtio-crypto allows local users to hang concurrent AF_ALG cryptographic workloads on affected systems. virtcrypto_done_task() processes data-virtqueue completion notifications without the required spinlock, allowing concurrent requests to corrupt virtqueue head state. Reachability requires a VM with a virtio-crypto PCI device and built-in backend plus concurrent crypto requests; impact is limited to workload availability.
