Service interruption via read-only Btrfs transactions

Improper transaction handling in Linux Kernel Btrfs allows local users to interrupt service via a heavily corrupted filesystem. During unmount, inode eviction can start a new transaction even though rescue mount options have made the filesystem fully read-only. Reaching the faulty path requires local privileges to mount the corrupted Btrfs filesystem with rescue options; the resulting transaction abort disrupts filesystem operations.
