System hang via reset-time MMIO access

Denial of service in the AMD GPU power-management driver in affected Linux Kernel builds allows local users to hang or panic the system. During an SMU Mode 1 reset, the driver leaves MMIO access enabled while the ASIC is unreachable over PCIe, so concurrent register access creates uncompleted transactions. The race requires an AMD GPU reset to overlap an interrupt handler or driver thread, and its documented consequence is loss of system availability.
