Kernel crash via IPv6 ECMP sibling mismatch

Denial of service in affected Linux Kernel branches allows local users to crash the kernel by making specific IPv6 route changes. Clearing RTF_ADDRCONF on an existing gateway route makes it ECMP-eligible without adding it to fib6_siblings, so fib6_add_rt2node() later compares inconsistent sibling counts and reaches BUG_ON. Triggering the crash requires low-privileged local access sufficient to add the relevant IPv6 routes; the demonstrated consequence is a kernel panic and host service interruption.
