Binder transaction rejection via zero-length FDA fixup

Out-of-bounds write in Linux Kernel 6.18 through 6.18.9 allows local users to trigger an invalid Binder transaction via an empty FDA object. In drivers/android/binder/thread.rs, skip == 0 represents both a pointer fixup and the valid zero-byte skip for an empty file-descriptor array, so an array at the buffer end schedules an eight-byte write past the boundary. A local process must submit the crafted Binder object; the bounds check catches the attempted write and returns EINVAL rather than completing the memory write.
