System hang via locked hwmon device removal

Deadlock in Linux Kernel 6.15 through 6.18.9 allows local users to hang systems through concurrent sysfs access and device removal. The acpi_power_meter_notify() callback calls hwmon_device_unregister() while holding a lock that sysfs attribute callbacks also acquire, and concurrent configuration notifications can remove the same device. Exploitation requires the ACPI power-meter driver and a race between sysfs access and device removal; the bounded consequence is a system hang.
