Invalid kernel-memory read via freed Binder transaction

Use-after-free in Linux Kernel 6.18 through 6.18.9 allows local users to trigger an invalid kernel-memory read through Binder. binder_netlink_report() dereferences a transaction after BR_TRANSACTION_PENDING_FROZEN even though a thawed target can consume and free it. A local user must send a one-way transaction to a frozen Binder target; the public record demonstrates an eight-byte stale read but no reliable privilege-escalation path.
