Kernel warning via unlocked CPSW receive-mode callback

Improper locking in the Linux kernel's legacy CPSW driver allows local users to trigger an RTNL assertion through an IPv6 multicast join. cpsw_ndo_set_rx_mode calls vlan_for_each without the RTNL lock that the iterator requires when the callback arrives through an unlocked path. Reproduction requires the legacy TI CPSW driver enabled by reverting the BeagleBone device-tree switch; the published case shows a warning, not a confirmed crash or privilege gain.
