Network service interruption via untranslated frag-list packets

Improper GSO segmentation in Linux Kernel allows local users to interrupt network service via translated GRO packets containing frag_list data. skb_segment_list processes the list after XLAT translates only the head packet, leaving child packets with inconsistent protocols. Reachability requires GRO traffic forwarded through the IPv4/IPv6 XLAT helpers; affected systems experience protocol inconsistencies and reduced throughput.
