Local service interruption via unlocked FireWire transaction list

Race condition in the FireWire core of Linux Kernel 6.18 through 6.18.8 allows local users to interrupt service through concurrent transactions. AR-response handling enumerates the transaction list without the card lock while AT-completion handling can modify that shared list concurrently. Triggering requires low-privileged local access and concurrent event processing; the published record identifies availability loss but does not distinguish a hang from a crash.
