One-byte over-read via default TTLM parsing

Out-of-bounds read in Linux Kernel mac80211 allows attackers to trigger a one-byte over-read via a default-mapping TTLM element. The TTLM decoder parses link-mapping fields even when the element denotes the implicit default mapping and contains no mapping-presence indicator, advancing one byte beyond the element boundary. Reachability requires mac80211 to process an advertised TTLM carrying the default mapping; public records establish the over-read and availability impact but do not identify a confirmed crash mode.
