Local denial of service via Bluetooth command leaks

Memory leak in Linux kernel 6.12.59 through 6.12.68 and 6.16.10 through 6.18.8 allows local users to exhaust kernel memory. The set_ssp_complete and set_advertising_complete paths remove mgmt_pending_cmd entries from the pending list but omit mgmt_pending_free on success and error paths, retaining each structure and its parameter data. Local low-privileged access and repeated completed SSP or advertising commands are required; the bounded consequence is availability loss from kernel-memory exhaustion.
