Kernel memory exhaustion via LLCP queue race

Memory leak in affected Linux Kernel NFC LLCP code allows local users to exhaust kernel memory through repeated LLCP socket activity. A race lets nfc_llcp_send_ui_frame() append an skb to local->tx_queue after local_cleanup() purges the queue, leaving the buffer unreachable. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and NFC LLCP socket activity; repeated leaks can deplete memory and interrupt the host.
