Local service interruption via oversized XDP metadata

Improper XDP metadata validation in Linux Kernel allows local users to interrupt service through BPF test-run live packet mode. The bpf_test_run path accepts metadata large enough to consume all XDP headroom, so xdp_update_frame_from_buff() fails and transmission proceeds with an uninitialized frame. Low-privilege local access and live packet mode are required; the documented impact is limited to availability.
