Kernel warning via duplicate DPLL registration

Availability flaw in Linux Kernel 6.7 allows local users to trigger kernel warnings through duplicate DPLL pin registration. The dpll_xa_ref_dpll_add() and dpll_xa_ref_pin_add() helpers accept an identical ops, priv, and cookie tuple again and increment its reference count, so the first unregistration frees the registration and later unregister operations raise WARN. Triggering requires a local low-privileged path that registers the same DPLL pin repeatedly; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
