Race condition in Linux Kernel rxrpc allows local users to cause unspecified availability impact through a torn transmission timestamp. On 32-bit architectures, rxrpc_send_data_packet writes peer->last_tx_at without locking while rxrpc_peer_keepalive_worker reads it, permitting a torn value in keepalive scheduling. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and concurrent rxrpc activity; Linux has not specified whether the resulting availability loss is a hang, crash, or another interruption.
