Local system hang via uncanceled io-wq reads

Denial of service in the Linux kernel io-wq subsystem allows local users to delay process exit through queued large /dev/msr reads. io_worker_handle_work() checks IO_WQ_BIT_EXIT only before its work loop, so loop_rw_iter() continues processing a queued chain instead of canceling remaining reads after exit begins. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and enough queued work; the bounded consequence is prolonged uninterruptible sleep and an io-wq exit hang.
