Remote kernel crash via unchecked PDU bounds

Out-of-bounds access in the NVMe/TCP target in affected Linux Kernel releases allows remote attackers to crash exposed hosts via crafted PDUs. The nvmet_tcp_build_pdu_iovec function can advance past cmd->req.sg when a PDU length or offset exceeds sg_cnt, then build an iterator from invalid scatterlist length and offset values. Reachability requires nvmet-tcp to be loaded and exposed; the demonstrated consequence is a kernel fault and service interruption.
