Service interruption via unanchored USB receive URBs

Memory leak in the usb_8dev CAN driver in Linux Kernel allows local users to interrupt service through USB receive traffic. The USB framework unanchors each completed receive URB before usb_8dev_read_bulk_callback resubmits it, so close-time anchor cleanup cannot release that allocation. The flaw is reachable only when the affected driver is in use with USB receive completions; repeated activity consumes kernel memory and affects availability only.
