Task termination via inconsistent SVE context restoration

Out-of-bounds reads in the Linux Kernel arm64 signal handler allow local users to trigger a fault or terminate a task via crafted SVE context restoration. The handler can restore SVCR.SM without TIF_SME or fail to clear it, causing task_fpsimd_load() to use inconsistent vector lengths outside sve_state. Reachability requires SME and a userspace-modified or cross-task SVE context, or ptrace changing SVCR.SM during sigreturn; unrelated data loaded into registers is not exposed to EL0.
