System hang via inverted hugetlb folio locks

A deadlock in hugetlb file-folio migration in Linux Kernel 5.10 allows local users to hang the system through concurrent operations. The migration path locks a folio before taking i_mmap_rwsem for remove_migration_ptes(), while hugetlbfs hole punching holds that rwsem before requesting the folio lock. Triggering the hang requires overlapping migration and hole-punch activity on file-backed hugetlb folios; no data disclosure or modification is established.
