Local system hang via double cdev cleanup

Denial of service in the Linux Kernel uacce subsystem allows local users to hang the system through a failed device registration. If cdev_device_add() fails, it releases the character-device memory, but uacce_remove() later calls cdev_device_del() on the released object. Low-privileged local access and a failed uacce device registration are required; successful exploitation causes a system-wide hang.
