System crash via NULL PMAC_ID write

NULL pointer dereference in Linux Kernel 3.12 through 6.19-rc6 allows local users to crash the system via the be2net driver. The be2net call site passes pmac_id_valid as false and pmac_id as NULL, so be_cmd_get_mac_from_list writes a firmware-returned PMAC_ID through a NULL pointer. Reachability requires an Emulex be2net network adapter and firmware that supplies the PMAC_ID; the documented consequence is availability loss without data exposure or modification.
