System hang via anchored failed USB request

Infinite loop in the Linux Kernel gs_usb CAN driver 6.12.67, 6.18.7, and 6.19-rc6 allows local users to hang the system. gs_usb_receive_bulk_callback leaves a re-anchored URB on the rx_submitted list when usb_submit_urb fails, so gs_can_close loops forever while trying to empty that list. Reachability requires the gs_usb driver, a compatible USB CAN device, a failed receive-URB resubmission, and subsequent interface closure; the reported consequence is an availability-only system hang.
