Service interruption via OF node reference leak

Resource leakage in Linux Kernel 6.13 through 6.18.7 and 6.19-rc1 through 6.19-rc6 allows local users to interrupt service. In xway_gphy_config_init, of_get_child_by_name increments the leds device-tree node reference, but the original code discards it without calling of_node_put. A local low-privilege account and an active intel-xway PHY configuration limit reachability; the established consequence is service interruption.
