Local service interruption via GPIO resource leaks

Resource leaks in the Linux Kernel GPIO character-device interface 6.18 allow local users to exhaust kernel memory through error paths. lineinfo_changed_notify() returns after notification callback failures without releasing resources allocated for the notification. Local low-privilege access is required; repeated failures consume kernel memory and can interrupt service.
