Memory disclosure and crash via stale mixer index

Out-of-bounds access in the Linux kernel ALSA ctxfi driver allows local users to read kernel memory or crash the operating system. The ctxfi audio mixer leaves the conj loop index improperly initialized, so amixer_index() and sum_index() use it to index beyond an eight-byte array. Reaching the flaw requires local low-privileged access to the affected ALSA ctxfi mixer path; the bounded outcomes are kernel-memory disclosure or a system crash.
