Kernel memory exhaustion via unanchored receive URBs

Memory leak in the esd_usb CAN driver in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to exhaust kernel memory via USB-in transfers. The USB framework unanchors each completed receive URB before esd_usb_read_bulk_callback resubmits it without restoring the dev->rx_submitted anchor, so esd_usb_close cannot release it. Access to an active esd_usb CAN adapter is required; repeated completed receive URBs deplete kernel memory and interrupt the host.
