Kernel-state corruption via shared IRQ flags

Race condition in Linux Kernel 4.15 and later allows local users to corrupt IRQ state by contending for a regmap hardware spinlock. The regmap_lock_hwlock_irqsave function passes the shared map->spinlock_flags member to hwspin_lock_timeout_irqsave, so competing contexts overwrite the lock owner's saved interrupt flags. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and concurrent entry into the affected hardware-spinlock path; restoring corrupted flags disrupts kernel execution.
