Kernel crash via concurrent uacce queue release

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux Kernel uacce driver allows local users to crash the kernel during virtual-machine shutdown. The uacce_fops_release and uacce_remove paths can run concurrently while an accelerator remains active, letting uacce_put_queue access a cleared ops pointer. The demonstrated gate is shutdown of a virtualized system while an accelerator remains active, and the reported consequence is availability loss only.
