Memory corruption via oversized firmware frame copy

Out-of-bounds write in Linux Kernel 6.6 and later allows attackers to corrupt adjacent structure members via oversized firmware frames. The qla27xx_copy_fpin_pkt() and qla27xx_copy_multiple_pkt() paths use firmware-reported frame_size values for memcpy operations into the fixed 64-byte purex_item.iocb member without capping the copy length. Triggering requires a qla2xxx Fibre Channel device to supply a frame larger than 64 bytes; the published record reports a cross-member write and fortify warning but no demonstrated code execution or service interruption.
