Memory exhaustion via unanchored receive URBs

Resource leak in the EMS USB CAN driver in the Linux Kernel allows attackers to exhaust memory through completed USB receive transfers. The USB framework unanchors each receive URB before ems_usb_read_bulk_callback resubmits it, leaving ems_usb_close unable to release completed URBs. Reachability requires the ems_usb driver to process USB-in completions; the published record does not identify who can generate enough completions to interrupt service.
