Local hang via absent RSS indirection table

Denial of service in the Linux Kernel hv_netvsc driver allows local users to cause a hang by programming an RSS hash key. When a single-queue Hyper-V device causes rndis_filter_device_add() to omit the RX indirection table, netvsc_set_rxfh() still processes the unsupported update. Reaching the path requires local network-administration privileges, and the published consequence is limited to a hang.
