Kernel panic via non-atomic framebuffer dereference

Null pointer dereference in Linux Kernel 6.14 through 6.18.6 allows attackers to cause a kernel panic via unspecified vectors. In amdgpu_display_get_scanout_buffer(), the non-atomic display path dereferences plane->state->fb even though that path stores the framebuffer in plane->fb.
